The Smoked Houses constructed in 1939 are ready to make your best selling and tasting ham!

  • Traditional Bone In and Semi Boneless hams that are hand cured, double smoked over 24 hours in whole or ½ packages are a longtime favorite.
  • All Smoked Pit Style Hams can be made in various diameters and weights depending on your needs. We make Pit hams ranging between 5 and 13 pounds with several great cure profiles to choose from.
