We are a small, family-owned business. Since 1939, we've been operating on 35th and Lincoln in Milwaukee, WI. Nothing makes us prouder than serving our community wholesome and delicious ham!

Our business, and other small food manufacturers like us, are a unique and memorable part of Wisconsin. We want to stay local and independent and will always work towards providing a quality product to our neighbors around the state!

Process and Ingredients.

Process Makes Perfect. Our distinct quality comes from a proprietary family recipe using an authentic flavoring blend with clove, cane sugar, brown sugar, maple sugar, and local honey. Hardwood smoked. No dextrose, lactate, ascorbate, corn syrup, or liquid smoke–never frozen and made in small batches and hand-trimmed using original techniques and recipes from 1939.
