All Badger Smoked ham is smoked with a blend of hardwoods to offer a more complex flavor profile. We never use liquid smoke. Many love the taste of our smoked deli ham because they say it "tastes like a bone-in ham without the bone."

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: To serve warm, preheat oven to 325°F.  Place ham on a rack inside a deep cooking pan with 1-cup of water in the pan. Tightly cover with tin foil and heat for about 15 minutes per pound, or cooked to an internal temperature of 130°F.  Do not overheat.  (Feel free to top with your favorite additions—such as pineapple or brown sugar—prior to putting it in the oven.) If you already have sliced ham, simply follow the above instructions, but put the sliced product directly in the pan. Please note that it may cook faster than a whole ham).
